

Take a muffin tin and use silicone muffin liners or lightly spray with some baking spray.
Put a Ritz cracker in the bottom of each muffin cup
Add a pat of butter
Add 1 tbls of brown sugar
Pop in the oven on 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
In each muffin cup put a few chocolate chips and let melt approx 2-3 minutes. Once melted take a spoon and swirl the chocolate over the top of the cookie.
Once swirled put whatever topping that you want. I used chopped pecans and drizzled caramel on top.
Put in the fridge/freezer for a few minutes to set up.
